Yoga Teacher Training
This is so much more than certification to teach—it’s about exploration of self. Through asana, pranayama, meditation, mantra, mudra, ashtanga vinyasa, yin, restorative, Thai massage, and study of the subtle body, this training is designed to take you beyond the familiar and into deeper awareness. Upon completion of this course you will have the tools necessary to design, teach, and refine your yoga offerings in settings such as studios, gyms, and public or private locations.
Held at UNBOUND Yoga & Fitness, this program will reframe and sharpen understanding of yoga, push boundaries, challenge perspectives, and build a strong foundation in practice and teaching. This training is Yoga Alliance accredited.
This program is structured to accommodate working folks. We will meet Thursdays and Friday evenings, spend a full day together Saturday, and wrap up each weekend with a half day on Sunday morning.

A letter from your lead teacher, Benett.
My favorite aspect of leading this project is in holding space for each trainee to practice finding their own authentic voice. Each of us has a unique experience and something special to share along this journey of yoga. In addition to teaching anatomy, philosophy, history, and the various practices of yoga, this training allows space to truly study oneself.
This program is for those just beginning their teaching journey, experienced teachers, and anyone looking to ernestly engage in learning more about yoga as a whole. May we work together to realize ourselves more fully.
