SCHEDULE
Ashtanga Vinyasa is a dynamic, traditional system of yoga that synchronizes a specific sequence of postures with a deep, rhythmic breath. By following a set sequence of postures, practitioners build internal heat, develop physical strength, and cultivate a steady focus. This consistency allows the practice to become a "moving meditation," where the familiar sequence serves as a mirror, showing you how your body and mind evolve each time you step onto the mat.
